Schones Haus, toller Gastgeber, fantastische Lage.

We had a fantastic stay at Alfredo's house! The view of the sea and islands is absolutely breathtaking. Alfredo is an exceptional host, making our experience even more special.

Everything was perfect!

Wir haben 12 Tage und Nachte in Alfredos Haus verbracht und uns nicht wie Touristen gefuhlt, sondern wie Inselbewohner.

Si le paradis existait alors ca serait ca. La maison est magnifique: si ce n'est pas la vue hypnotique des iles en face, les couleurs et l'eau qui changent au fil des heures, le calme et la magie de la maison, les etoiles , la douche dehors, les hamacs. Le plus difficile est de partir de cette maison. Merci Alfredo pour ta gentillesse, pour nous permettre de garder des bijoux comme cette maison accessible a' tous. Nous reviendrons , c'etait GENIAL Je ne peux que vous recommander de vous offrir ce sejour

This is one of the most beautiful homes we've ever stayed at. The 360-degree view is unreal. The kitchen is charming and well decorated, and we enjoyed some of our favorite meals of our 3-week trip in Sicily here. Alfredo is welcoming and friendly, and quick to reply via msg. He picked us up at the ferry and immediately brought us to the grocery store, where we stocked up on food for our 3-day stay. A few things to keep in mind: it's more rustic and isolated than I expected. You're about a 45-minute walk from the town. If a car takes you halfway, it's only a 20-minute walk- but it's on dirt paths that are mostly uphill. We did get the phone number for a cab driver from Alfredo who took us downtown one evening and that was nice, but walking back in the dark was scary. Also, it may have been because we arrived the day after heavy rains, but there were a TON of mosquitoes. Thankfully the bed does come with a mosquito net, but they were relentless. Other than that, pure magic!

Alfredo's Unterkunft ist zauberhaft! Wir hatten eine so angenehme Zeit dort und hab es sehr genossen, uns in der Hangematte oder auf dem Aussichtspunkt zu entspannen und auf das Meer zu blicken. Von der Unterkunft aus hat man wirklich den schonsten Ausblick auf der ganzen Insel. Der Ort ist sehr besonders. Alfredo war super freundlich und hat uns sogar vom Hafen abgeholt und beim Check-out wieder zuruckgefahren.

Un sejour INOUBLIABLE, la maison est dans un lieu paradisiaque. Une vue imprenable sur les iles, aucun vis-a-vis, le Stromboli en ligne de mire. Alfredo est super sympa, il est venu nous chercher au port pour nous amener a' la location. C'est un endroit formidable ou' on aimerait venir tous les ans!

Alfredo e' stato molto cortese e disponibile sia per il check-in che per il check-out. Il posto e' molto carino e con un ottima vista sul mare.

Alloggio corrispondente alle foto, Alfredo sempre gentilissimo e disponibile.

Casa Particular e' un posto stupendo...circondato da pace e tranquillita'...i servizi offerti da Alfredo sono ottimi...casa pulitissima...cucina attrezzata...zone relax con lettini e ombrellone ..vista mare stupenda...e doccia esterna super piacevole... Abbiamo raggiunto casa con gli scooter noleggiati presso pit stop consigliato da Alfredo...mezzi affidabili e personale gentilissimo.. Alfredo e' un ottimo host...disponibile e cortese ...ci ha aspettati e riaccompagnati al porto portando i nostri bagagli... Grazie per aver condiviso con noi Casa Particular ...torneremo in questo luogo stupendo...per rivivere la magia delle Eolie...

The house is just fantastic with a unique location. Be ready to walk few minutes (around 6/7min) to get to the house, but once you are there, you will discover a paridise just for you. Finally, a huge thanks to Alfredo. He help us since our arrival at the harbour until our departure. Alfredo was constantly answering when needed, gave us nice advices about Lipari and also helped us to find a scooter on the island as it was the high season on the island. I can only recommend at 100% this unique place.

Posto incantevole e accogliente in una zona molto tranquilla dell'isola. Splendida vista!

Nous avons passe' un excellent sejour. Le mobilier vintage est magnifique et nous avons pu profite' de la terrasse vue mer pour diner le soir tranquillement en face du coucher de soleil. L'appartement est tres bien situe' en face de la plage et facilement accessible depuis le port ou le centre ville grace aux bus.

La casa si trova in una zona di Lipari molto tranquilla e gode di un bellissimo panorama. Raggiungibile con auto o motorino in circa 10 minuti dal porto. Ha tutto cio' che serve per godersi un bel momento di relax! Grazie mille per tutto.

Nous avons passe' une magnifique semaine dans la maison d'Alfredo. Son emplacement est tout simplement magique, et permet une deconnection totale. L'acces a' la maison est assez sportif mais l'arrivee en haut est a' chaque fois une vraie recompense. Alfredo a' ete' a' la fois discret et tres reactif quand nous avions besoin de lui. Merci encore, nous garderons un tres beau souvenir de cette semaine a' Lipari.

Nous avons passe' un excellent sejour. Le logement est ideal pour 2 personnes, il est tres propre, paisible et le gros plus et la vue imprenable ! Alfredo fut un hote ideal. Il nous a grandement facilite' l'arrivee en nous emmenant directement du port a' Pianoconte. Je recommande !

Giorgio was so kind, he helped my friend and I during an emergency late at night and was always in touch sending us great recommendations. The place was perfect and suited us perfectly. Location is very close to a main market street.

Abbiamo trovato davvero straordinari il panorama e la calma che circondano questa abitazione. La casa e' davvero molto carina e rustica, forse un po' troppo rustica data la facilita' di invasione delle formiche. Facile raggiungere il centro con un motorino. Un host gentile e molto disponibile, sempre pronto a dare supporto. Un po' di cura in piu' per la pulizia e sarebbe stato un soggiorno perfetto.

Alloggio situato di fronte al mare su zona strategica. Splendida vista dal terrazzino e dal balcone. Mobilia non nuovissima ma funzionale. Phon presente in bagno un po' piccolo e cucinino con assenza di luce superiore. Suggerisco di fornire magari olio, sale, zucchero che per chi sta pochi giorni e' poco funzionale comprare al supermercato. Per il resto abbiamo passato un'ottima vacanza in un posto incantevole!

Alfredo's AirBnB is truly unique! Beautiful views, a wonderful house that has everything you need, and very quiet. We loved it! Also Alfredo has been a great host - very helpful, responsive, and proactive. Thank you for making our stay so nice!

Wir hatten unseren Aufenthalt auf Lipari verlangert den wir bereits in einem anderen Haus (Atollo) von Alfredo verbracht haben. Das Haus und die Lage sind wunderschon, eine absolute Empfehlung! Wie zuvor hat uns Alfredo mit unserem Gepack dorthin gebracht und uns zur Abreise abholen lassen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Alloggio di fronte alla spiaggia di Canneto, bellissimo il terrazzino fronte mare e tutto l'appartamento. Molto comodo anche per raggiungere il centro di Lipari grazie ai servizi navette locali. Alfredo e' stato super amichevole e disponibile in tutto, dandoci anche consigli sulle attivita' da fare a Lipari. Sicuramente lo consigliamo!

This is one of the most beautiful Airbnbs on the island. Perched on a hilltop overlooking Lipari, it offers stunning views and complete privacy. The home itself is gorgeous, with thoughtfully curated decor that gives it a warm, lived-in feel. Alfredo, our host, was incredibly kind and helpful. He met us at the port, drove us to the base of the hill, and transported our luggage up to the house using his ATV. Be prepared for a 20-minute hike to reach the property; sturdy hiking shoes are a must as there is no lighting at night. It's a 50-minute walk to the city center. The property also has access to a private beach, a secluded spot reachable by a 20-minute hike. This place is truly a hidden gem, and I would recommend it to anyone without hesitation. I'll definitely be back. Just remember to stock up on groceries beforehand, though there is plenty of water at the house.

das airbnb ist wirklich sehr schon mit seinen hohen decken, sicht aufs meer und grosser terrasse. die lage ist praktisch, ein supermarkt und eine backerei direkt nebenan, das meer vor der tur und zwei nahe bushaltestellen mit regelmassigen verbindungen nach lipari, acquacalda etc. wir fuhlten uns sehr wohl und haben den aufenthalt genossen! allerdings ist es nicht wirklich gut ausgestattet, bei unserer ankunft gab es keine handtucher im bad, nur wenig wc papier und die kuche war nicht wirklich nutzbar, da die basics wie salz, ol, kuchenutensilien wie schopfloffel, schaber etc sowie grossere pfannen (es gab nur bratpfannen) fehlten. das war wirklich unpraktisch, da wir das airbnb gebucht hatten, damit wir eine kuche haben. richtige mahlzeiten zu zubereiten war jedoch nicht moglich. auf anfrage hat alfredo uns dann eine pfanne sowie handtucher gebracht..jedoch fehlten die oben genannten dinge ja immer noch. alles in allem ein sehr schones airbnb, sollte aber besser ausgestattet sein!

Ein unfassbar schoner und ruhiger Ort mitten in der Natur zum Entspannen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und wurden jederzeit wieder kommen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt auf Lipari verlangert und sind in eine andere wunderbare Unterkunft von Alfredo umgezogen. Alfredo ist extrem hilfsbereit und konnte bei allen Fragen weiterhelfen und tolle Tipps geben. Er holte uns freundlicherweise von der Fahre ab und brachte uns zuruck. Es gabe noch viele weitere positive Aspekte aufzufuhren, aber wir halten es kurz: Wie konnen diese Unterkunft warmstens empfehlen!

As the other reviews say - don't think about it, just go. The most stunning views of anywhere I've ever stayed. We brought enough food to cover our stay so had no need to leave, watching Stromboli and passing boats and reading in the hammock filled our days. 4 days felt so much longer. Alfredo was super helpful and a lovely host. Can't wait to come back!

Such an incredible and unique place to stay. The house is beautifully decorated and set in such a wonderful, remote location. A real a special place to visit. The stars!

Amazing view! Peaceful stay, stuck away in Alfredo's beautiful mountaip-top villa. great balcony for relaxing I'm the hammocks and reading, or soaking in the evening light after cooking a meal. Rooms were all clean and spacious, and the kitchen well equipped. great place for a break from the city.

Era la prima volta che visitavamo le isole Eolie. E' stata una fantastica sorpresa. Alfredo e' una persona molto gentile .. e' venuto a prenderci all'imbarco e ci ha nuovamente portato alla nave in partenza nonostante l'ora precaria. L'alloggio e' molto comodo per la posizione e per due persone. Tutto mignon ma di soddisfazione. Da consigliare.

We really enjoyed our stay. Alfredo supplied towels and met us at the ferry station. He had Renzo take us to the apartment and made sure everything was working. Renzo even went to get us a lighter for the gas burners on the stove in the kitchenette. The location is spectacular. You just cross the street, and you are on the beach. There is a bakery, butcher shop, and mini market next door, as well as a beach supply shop. Also, there is a very friendly restaurant on the corner open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Really everything you need is at arms length. It's wonderful to sit on the balcony in the bedroom or on the terrace and watch the sailboats pass.

Aspetti da evidenziare: accesso al l'appartamento dopo due rampe di scale. Cucina senza scola piatti e priva di punti di appoggio per piatti e pentole. Frigo grande e capiente, presenza della lavatrice. Tv con decoder poco funzionale. Buoni materassi. Mancanza del bide' in bagno.

Un petit coin de paradis, perche' en haut d'une colline et offrant une vu a' 360 degres sur la mer Tyrrhenienne Stromboli et vulcano. C'etait absolument merveilleux. L'hebergement dispose de tout ce dont vous avez besoin durant votre sejour, toutefois il est preferable d'etre vehicule' pour visiter la ville et decouvrir l'ile, mais vous pouvez aussi le faire a' pieds en empruntant des sentiers de randonnee et profiter de la nature exuberante et des plages magnifiques. Cette experience a ete' couronnee par l'accueil chaleureux d'Alfredo, il a pris le soin de m'apporter les courses jusqu'a' l'Atolo et me livrer un petit bout de son ile qu'on a pas envie de quitter. Je recommande totalement aux amateurs de la nature, desirant une pause de quietude.

Alfredo's place was a highlight of our trip! Very secluded and peaceful but super easy to get there the first day because Alfredo picked us up right at the port and brought us to the atollo, even giving a little tour of the place. Definitely a hike up so we thought it was necessary to rent a car the next day just to help (don't underestimate the climb!) but it was absolutely worth it for the gorgeous views and peaceful seclusion.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and we didn't want to leave, Atollo Lipari is a magical place, the house is comfortable with everything you need, the views are sublime, we spent many happy nights watching Stromboli volcano across the sea. Alfredo was very helpful and kind, the walk up the hill was good exercise when eating lots of pasta, we can't recommend enough.

Fantastic place! We spend four wonderful days at Alfredo's place in May. Be prepared for a 10 mins steep walk up the hill and you will be rewarded with the most beautiful panoramic views. Alfredo is the perfect host. He takes up your luggage with a quad and brings everything back down on departure day. The house is equipped with everything you need, including an outside kitchen, an outside shower, two sunbeds and of course: WiFi. Thank you Alfredo, we had a great, relaxing stay.

This was a magnificent experience - so peaceful with unbelievable views. It is a very good place to relax and read and admire the sea and the sky. It is a fair way to the town however, and as we were not confident with scooters, had to walk. You can catch a taxi back but it is 20 Euro one way, with the walk up the steep bit of the hill at the end. If you can, you could stock up on provisions from the local market for a couple of days and get Alfredo to bring it up with you when he takes your bags. The kitchen is very well provided for with all the pots and pans you would need, as well as olive oil, and some herbs and spices etc. I would definitely say this was a highlight of our trip - very special.
